Aged Machengo & Revuelto + Suckling Pig
Now this is something that will blow your mind and plump up your butt in no time. We lost our self control in front of this gorgeously roasted, bizarrely succulent little piggie cut right down in half. As much as we would've loved to devour the Garces trademarked delicacy, we had to bring home an insane amount of leftovers (very happily so).
The day after, I made two different kinds of sandwiches using the leftover: Honey Roasted Sucking Pork Sandwich & Honey BBQ Pork Sandwich. For preparation, all you need is loaves of great sandwich bread (preferably purchased in Sandwich shops), loads of butter, mustard, Honey BBQ sauce, & Kewpie Mayonnaise.
The cost of Suckling Pig is just as expensive as my monthly health insurance's- but considering that you can bring home the leftover and cook it however you want for the next two days, it's just insane not to have it when at Amada.
